Each Workplace Decision Maker scenario will outline:
- An issue that happens to either yourself or to others.
- A prompt to reflect on how the scenario may make you feel, what you have noticed, or what has changed.
- Presentation of the choice to step forward, sideways or back.
- Assessment of the potential risks, consequences and regrets of the selected action.
- Ways in which you can take practical action.
