About the Project

The Give Where You Live Foundation Learning Network was funded by WorkSafe in 2019 as part of the WorkWell program. This involved co-design with local small/medium businesses and young workers in the G21 region, joining with subject matter experts and using current evidence, to develop interventions which support inclusive and mentally healthy workplace environments for young people.

The Work Care Factor digital resource is an outcome of this co-design process, in order to raise awareness about, and support for, the creation of psychologically safe places for young employees within small/medium business workplaces in the G21 region.

Following the conclusion of the Learning Network at the end of 2021, six organisations involved in the project have convened as a consortium to continue the development of the resource. These are now five:

  • Barwon Adolescent Taskforce (Lead)
  • Barwon Health, Public Health and Health Service Partnerships
  • Geelong Region LLEN
  • Northern Futures
  • Management Governance Australia
